UBM sells more than 100 apartments in the Rezidence Na Plzeňce project in Prague off plan
- The residential market continues to pick up! Even before construction has started, about 65% of all apartments in the Rezidence Na Plzeňce project in Prague have already been sold.
- In total, UBM has sold more than 350 residential units across its core markets by early October.
Prague/Vienna, October 9, 2025 – UBM Development has achieved a remarkable sales success: before construction has even started, 102 of the total 160 apartments in the Rezidence Na Plzeňce project have already been sold. This unusually high pre-sale rate confirms both the strong appeal of the project and the growing demand for housing ownership in the Czech capital.
“Prague is currently our best real estate market, but residential property is booming overall. The pre-sale rate proves that our approach is right in tune with the times,” says Thomas G. Winkler, CEO of UBM Development AG.
The project is being developed on a plot of more than 3,800 m² in the popular Prague district of Smíchov. It features modern one- to four-room apartments ranging from 28 to 119 m² in size. A strong focus is placed on sustainable technologies such as geothermal drilling, heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.
Most of the apartments come with balconies, private gardens, or spacious terraces that provide additional comfort. A two-level underground garage ensures ample parking spaces, including for electric cars. Another highlight is the view from the eighth floor overlooking Prague’s spectacular skyline.
With this early sales success, UBM marks another milestone in the Residential asset class in Central Europe. And that’s not all: in total, UBM has sold over 350 residential units in its core markets – Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Poland – by early October, representing a 25% increase compared to the same period last year.
