Havn
Germany, Mainz
The ‘Havn am Rhein’ project is being developed in the new Zollhafen Mainz urban quarter, in the first row on the banks of the river Rhine. The U-shaped structure, which opens towards the Rhine, encloses an elevated garden with its three wings. Two wings of the building will contain 44 condominiums and one wing will contain 5 office units. A green roof garden with pergolas and an unobstructed view of the Rhine will be created for the residential units. In keeping with the historic harbour architecture, the street facade and both wings of the building will be clad in grey-green brick slips, while the building wing on the Rhine side with its curved balconies will have a pure white plaster facade.

Timber Port
Germany, Düsseldorf
The Timber Port is a sustainable and ESG-compliant timber hybrid office tower being developed in Düsseldorf's prominent and prospering Medienhafen. The focus of the project is to create a working environment that is beneficial to users and to reduce the building's carbon footprint. With extremely flexible office space on around 10,000 m² of gross floor area, the space requirements of both small and large tenants are to be covered. Parking spaces for electric cars are provided in the basement. The high-rise building is located opposite the Trivago headquarters and "The Cradle", as well as in the direct vicinity of internationally active companies such as Uniper, Ecovacs Europe, NOER LLP, Regus and HHP Architekten.

Timber Peak
Germany, Mainz
The Timber Peak in the former customs port of Mainz is outstanding in many aspects. Its unique waterfront location and award-winning modern architecture make it the premier address on the Rhine. In one of the tallest timber-hybrid high-rises in Rhineland-Palatinate you can enjoy a panoramic view over the river and into the old town. Light-flooded workspaces that are as smart as they are cosy, combined with green roof terraces and a lively forecourt, create a completely new working atmosphere. The timber hybrid project Timber Peak on the grounds of former customs port will use about 900 m³ cross laminated timber and 150 m³ glued laminated timber for a total of approx. 9,500 m² gross floor area. The floor deck system of the twelve-storey building will be built as a wood-concrete composite with visible timber underside. It is supported by the reinforced concrete building core, while the load from the facade is transferred to visible timber columns.

Hafeninsel V - Kaufmannshof

An ensemble comprising apartments and commercial space is currently under development in the former Mainz customs harbour, on the old harbour basin. Surrounded on three sides by water, it transforms maritime flair into reality. With its clinker facade, the building reflects the history and architecture of the old Mainz customs port. Forty-five condominiums are planned, including five as townhouses. Construction is expected to start in mid-2020.

Timber Factory

At Baubergerstraße, a mixed-use quarter with production, commercial courtyard, offices and retail is being built on 28,000 square metres. The site is part of a prospering district that is experiencing enormous demand due to a number of property developments in the immediate vicinity. The aim is to achieve an optimal mix of uses in the development. High sustainability standards are set in the quarter through timber hybrid construction and climate-friendly energy supply.

The "nico" is well received. A smart office building with highly efficient and flexible usage options is being developed in the Lyon Quarter. Special emphasis is placed on modern equipment, transparency and smart building technology to meet all the requirements of the new working world.  A strong electric mobility offer and solar energy generation round off the sustainable design. Highlights of the "nico" are the loggias in each rental unit and the landscaped plaza, which provides a communicative meeting place and fresh air for all users.

F.A.Z. Tower

UBM is developing the F.A.Z. Tower in Frankfurt's sought-after Europaviertel. The architecturally impressive large-scale project will be the new headquarters of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (F.A.Z.). A further 15,000 m² of office space will be created in an adjacent building section. The project was designed by the Berlin architectural firm Eike Becker_Architekten.

Astrid Office
Czechia, Prague
Astrid Office is an exceptional intimate project in the heart of Holešovice. The combination of unique architecture and state of the art technologies formed more than just a building, it but synergized in living space where you enjoy to create, make decisions, plan and discuss. The office building consists of five above ground and two underground floors. Extensive glazed areas with the use of outdoor vertical lamellas and horizontal louvers on the building façade provide very pleasant natural light. The main entrance with reception desk and spacious lobby reflect the airiness and light of all rental areas. There are several co-working spots available within the building including the lobby, the common green areas and roof terrace to network and find inspiration.

Darex

The original building was constructed in 1891 by Franz Waldek von Waldried in a place whose history dates back to the time when the New Town of Prague was created at the end of the 14th century. The modern building was completed in 1996 and includes a business unit, a restaurant in the basement and over 5,000 m² of office space on seven floors. An attractive glass atrium in the middle of the building is the attraction for every visitor.

Office Provider

This property in Vienna‘s Favoriten district was acquired in early 2017 and transformed into an office world 4.0 within two years. The comprehensive refurbishment included the creation of a modern open-space office world, where UBM benefited greatly from its hotel know-how. Both the entrance area and the staff lounge of the new UBM headquarters are reminiscent of a hotel lobby. "Office Provider" is located in the "Monte Laa" urban development area and is optimally connected to the public transport network by bus and subway within walking distance.

In 2005 the building designed by Józef Huss was renovated in neo-Renaissance style. Only the renovation has given the apartment house its former splendour back. The company won the empathy of Warsaw researchers.

Pegaz

Several hundred metres from the old market square in Wroclaw, the Pegaz office building is a truly unique site. Both the facade and the interior were inspired by modern design. Pegaz was awarded a LEED Platinum certificate and is the first prize-winner of the "Beautiful Wroclaw 2016" competition in the category "Utility Building".

This unique project was a joint venture of the two renowned developers UBM Bohemia Development s.r.o. and Crestyl real estate s.r.o.. It is a modern administrative building near the Prague city center. The building is LEED Gold certified and meets energy efficiency category A. It stands out from the surrounding conventional buildings through its atmosphere due to its location near the Vltava river and the surrounding greenery.

Andel City Office

In three construction stages, this unique project changed the character of the entire Smíchov neighborhood and created a new center on the grounds of the original Tatra factory complex. It includes office buildings, a cinema, hotels as well as a three-story underground parking with a total area of 14,435 sqm and 413 parking spaces
