The Timber Peak in the former customs port of Mainz is outstanding in many aspects. Its unique waterfront location and award-winning modern architecture make it the premier address on the Rhine. The floor deck system of the twelve-storey building will be built as a wood-concrete composite with visible timber underside. It is supported by the reinforced concrete building core, while the load from the facade is transferred to visible timber columns.

UBM is developing the F.A.Z. Tower in Frankfurt's sought-after Europaviertel. The architecturally impressive large-scale project will be the new headquarters of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (F.A.Z.). The “Village im Dritten“ project in Vienna’s third district, which is currently in the approval phase, is one of the most important urban development areas. The master plan was prepared by architects “Superblock“ and developed together with “Yewo Landscapes“, an office specialised in landscape planning. UBM holds an investment of 51% in five of the 22 sub-projects, which involve the creation of more than 8,000 m2 of commercial space and roughly 500 apartments on 1.4 hectares. This location near Vienna’s main railway station offers optimal connections to the public transport network via rapid transit railway and underground as well as easy access to the A23 motorway (“Südost-Tangente”) via the beltway intersection (“Gürtel”). With this project, UBM and ARE form a strategic partnership.
The project in Gmunderstrasse with roughly 525 units also includes two day-care centres and over 520 parking spaces. The location in Obersendling, which was previously an important commercial location for the Bavarian capital, has become increasingly attractive as a residential area in recent years. Many Munich residents value the close proximity to the Isar River and fast connections to the inner city via underground and rapid transit railway. UBM, Rock Capital and Baywobau share the project development on an almost equal basis.

In the historic inner city area of Potsdam, the capital of Brandenburg, UBM Development developed a hotel and flat project in cooperation with a family office. Conveniently located on the street Am Kanal, the hotel offers space for 198 rooms on five upper floors. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed in a spacious and open lobby and breakfast area.
Along Französische Straße 126 flats have been created. Guests and flat users can park their vehicles in the basement. DGNB Gold certification is being sought.

The largest Holiday Inn Express hotel in Germany has been built at Moskauer Straße 30 in Düsseldorf. A modern metal façade with eye-catching elements will dominate the Erkrather Straße/Moskauer Straße intersection. The hotel has received a DGNB certificate in gold. The modern and spacious Holiday Inn Express lobby concept has been welcoming guests since November 2021.
The Flösserhof is currently under development in the former Mainz customs harbour, directly on the harbour basin. With their clinker facade, the building reflects the history and architecture of the old Mainz customs port. Plans include the construction of roughly 92 condominiums, three of which will be designed as townhouses.
