The ‘Havn am Rhein’ project is being developed in the new Zollhafen Mainz urban quarter, in a prominent position on the banks of the river Rhine. The U-shaped structure, which opens towards the Rhine, encloses an elevated garden with its three wings. Two wings of the building will contain 44 condominiums and one wing will contain 5 office units. A green roof garden with pergolas and an unobstructed view of the Rhine will be created for the residential units.

In keeping with the historic harbour architecture, the street facade and both wings of the building will be clad in grey-green brick slips, while the building wing on the Rhine side with its curved balconies will have a pure white plaster facade.
