Project overview
Timber Marina Tower

project.

UBM is developing the world’s highest timber skyscraper in Vienna. The Timber Marina Tower is expected to have 32 upper floors and four underground floors with approximately 45,400 square metres of gross floor space and will be located directly at the Donaumarina U2 underground station in the “Waterfront“ development area. Vienna’s inner city can be reached in 12 minutes with public transportation, and Vienna International Airport is only 15 minutes away by car. The building will comply with the EU Taxonomy Regulations and ESG guidelines, and DGNB Platinum certification is targeted. The environmentally friendly operation of the office tower will be maximized by the use of water from the Danube for heating and cooling and the installation of photovoltaic modules.
