In the popular district of Berg am Laim, a mixed residential quarter is planned on St.-Veit-Straße on a plot area of over 12,000 m² and a gross floor area of 23,200 m² above ground. Around 90 percent of the ensemble will be residential and will also offer space for commercial use and a daycare centre.
