Extensive glazed areas with the use of outdoor vertical lamellas and horizontal louvers on the building façade provide very pleasant natural light. Following an evaluation phase, TÜV Austria decided to relocate its headquarters from Vienna to Brunn am Gebirge. STRAUSS & PARTNER was commissioned by Wiener Städische Versicherung with the project management as well as the general planning together with ÖBA. A new corporate headquarters with approx. 7,300 m² of floor space will be built at this site. The facility will also include a training centre, the TÜV Academy. STRAUSS & PARTNER was also commissioned by Wiener Städtische to build a multi-storey car park with 329 parking spaces on the property.
This new office complex with its L-shaped floor plan is located on the Wienerbergerstrasse. The building is designed as a rectangular block with a recessed base at right angles to the street. The upper floors run parallel to the street over the 2-storey thoroughfare. This design creates a unique courtyard that provides space for outdoor parking and access for deliveries.
The WESTSICHT project in Graz is a modern working and living space at the crossroads between the city centre and Eggenberg Castle and at the interface between the SMART CITY and REININGHAUS development zones. It is located at Köflachergasse 7 (on the corner of Eggenbergerstrasse), close to the main railway station and halfway to the GBK-train station. This project closes the gap between the existing A&O Hotel and the student residence and represents the final stage of work on the GKB-Centre Graz.
In 2005, the building designed by Józef Huss was renovated in neo-renaissance style. Only the renovation lets the apartment house appear in its former glory. This way, the building got the empathy of the Warsaw researchers.

It stands out from the surrounding conventional buildings through its atmosphere due to its location near the Vltava river and the surrounding greenery.
